In this best-of, not much slash... this one is slashy without being too obvious. ;) And, it's an illustration for an awesome story: "Summer Lightning" by Celebdil. Celebdil are actually two extremely talented people who have both become very dear to me - it's amazing how in some cases you like something immensely, then much, much later realize that it's by somebody whose work you've always admired. *g*

I won't give much away, but if you're looking for a story that has a really interesting, fascinating plot, that explores things and storylines that Tolkien didn't elaborate about in the Silm, and if you wish to read a truly wonderful slash story about two badly neglected, but lovely characters - GO NOW! :)

From the artistical point of view, this drawing is interesting - it shows how my style changed in those years in the LotR fandom. You might be able to see how much I have learned about drawing the human (or Elven) body, and finally, even drawing fur didn't bother me as much anymore! *g*
